Position Overview:
- Full-time, fully remote TDHH position supporting Clarksville-Montgomery County School System
- District-wide virtual role serving multiple campuses
- Work with a small, manageable caseload of students
Schedule and Contract:
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Daily Schedule: 7.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide virtual support and services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing virtual instruction and support services
- Managing a caseload of approximately 10–15 students (elementary through high school)
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Supporting IEP goals and student progress
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with district requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) license required
- Prior school-based or virtual experience preferred
- Comfortable providing services in a remote setting
Compensation:
$38–41 per hour based on experience
