Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to elementary students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that promote academic and language development.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to accommodate students within mainstream classrooms.
- Assess students’ progress and make data-driven recommendations.
- Engage regularly with families and support teams to ensure consistent advocacy and educational progress.
