Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHHT)

- Knowledge of best practices in deaf education, including auditory/oral, total communication, or bilingual-bicultural approaches
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Compassionate, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to a 6-year-old elementary student within Randall Elementary
- Modify curriculum and teaching materials to meet the needs of the student
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to support student progress and inclusion
- Monitor and report on the student's academic and social growth
- Use audiological equipment and assistive technology as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning
