Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with DHH students is highly valued
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for fostering independence, self-advocacy, and confidence in students
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized lessons adapted for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate effectively with families, other teachers, interpreters, and support professionals
- Ensure compliance with all IEP goals and state educational standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
