Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is highly valued

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other communication modalities as appropriate

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing

- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and families to promote understanding and success
