- Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
- Support students’ language development, both oral and sign, and encourage effective self-advocacy skills
- Participate in school meetings and professional development to remain current with best practices in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education
