Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans catering to the unique needs of deaf and hard-of-hearing students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, audiologists, and other educators
- Utilize specialized teaching strategies and assistive technologies to maximize student engagement and achievement
- Monitor and document student progress regularly, adapting instruction as needed
