Primary Duties:
- Deliver direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing, using individualized strategies and accommodations
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and families to ensure each student’s needs are met
- Conduct assessments and create reports to track student progress
- Adjust instructional techniques to accommodate various learning styles and needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant guidelines and timelines
