Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in San Francisco, CA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid DHH teaching credential and CTC
- Experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Strong consultative and communication skills
- Ability to serve a districtwide, itinerant caseload across EC-Transition levels
- Flexibility and organizational skills to support multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative support for students with hearing impairments
- Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to ensure IEP implementation
- Support classroom adaptations, access to curriculum, and communication needs
- Facilitate professional development for school teams regarding DHH best practices
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state policies
