Qualifications:
- Holds West Virginia Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) Certification
- Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, preferably across various grade levels (K-12)

- Ability to create and execute individualized instructional plans
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered educational approaches
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2.5 hours per week of direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to develop and implement appropriate IEPs
- Dedicate 2.5 hours weekly to planning, documentation, and progress tracking
- Utilize diverse instructional methods and adaptive technologies to foster student engagement and achievement
- Advocate for student access and inclusion within general classroom settings
- Educate and consult with school staff regarding best practices and accommodations
