Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 2.5 hours per week of direct service to five students, fostering academic and social growth
- Allocate 2.5 hours weekly for planning, documentation, and team collaboration to ensure comprehensive support
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to accommodate each student’s learning style and communication needs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate inclusive environments and maximize student success
- Monitor student progress, update records, and adjust interventions as needed
