Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification as a Teacher for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing or Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist

- Ability to create and implement individualized instructional strategies and accommodations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and advocacy abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing student assessments and evaluations

- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student learning and growth
- Provide direct instructional support and consultation to staff on best practices for inclusive education
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
