Desired Skills and Experience:
- Current certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (TDHH) or eligibility in New York State
- Strong background in Deaf education, auditory/oral or total communication approaches
- Familiarity with IDEA, IEP processes, and K-12 academic standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing in accordance with their IEPs
