What you bring:
- Valid Massachusetts teaching certificate for Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Experience supporting students with hearing differences in educational settings
- Comfort with a collaborative, district-wide approach to student services
- Strong communication skills and a personalized, student-centered teaching style
- Ability to adapt to varied educational environments and student needs
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Partner with the district's full-time TOD to balance caseload and responsibilities
- Communicate with district staff to develop an assignment matching your experience and preferences
- Foster an inclusive, empowering learning environment
- Maintain thorough records and collaborate in IEP planning
