Qualifications & Desired Experience

- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and service providers

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative services to students with hearing loss based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet diverse communication needs
- Advocate for student access, accommodation, and participation in all aspects of school life
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, audiologists, interpreters, and families
- Assess student progress and document outcomes according to district and legal guidelines
- Support staff and peers in understanding the needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing
