Key Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a caseload across several locations
- Dedication to working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, families, and administrators
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students across up to seven school buildings, managing a caseload of approximately 14 students
- Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring students’ growth in language acquisition, communication modalities, and academic achievement
- Offer expertise and support to general education staff regarding best practices and accommodations for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students
- Engage in IEP meetings and collaborative planning sessions
- Rotate between sites during the school day, with paid mileage between locations
- Maintain thorough progress records and adapt strategies to meet student goals
