Key Qualifications:
- Current Illinois licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred

Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress, adapting strategies as needed to facilitate academic and personal growth
- Foster an environment of acceptance and accessibility, promoting full participation
- Provide consultative support and ongoing communication with educators and parents
