A full-time teaching position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, with on-site, virtual, and hybrid work options. This role offers a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, ensuring consistency while providing flexibility for remote professionals.

Ideal candidates bring expertise in tailoring instruction for multi-grade classrooms and collaborating effectively with paraprofessionals. Florida certification in Elementary Education and ESE is required, along with an ESOL endorsement. Preference is given to those with a Communications Disorder unit, Autism Endorsement, or additional relevant certifications.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Valid or eligible Florida teacher certification (Elementary Education/ESE)
  • ESOL endorsement; additional endorsements in Gifted or Reading are a plus
  • Experience differentiating instruction for diverse learners
  • Ability to use engaging instructional strategies and technology for teletherapy

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all required certifications and follow state/school policies
  • Prepare and submit timely documentation, lesson plans, and reports
  • Foster a supportive, well-managed classroom environment—virtually or onsite
  • Utilize various instructional methods and media tailored to students’ needs
  • Collaborate with other educators and assistive staff to support individualized learning plans
  • Uphold professional standards and fulfill contract obligations with integrity
