A contract opportunity is available for a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing specializing in telehealth services. The position is based in Fargo, ND, supporting students with hearing challenges through virtual instruction and intervention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering specialized educational instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing via telehealth platforms
- Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and goals
- Monitoring student progress and adapting instructional approaches to meet unique learning needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communication to ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
- Providing guidance on assistive technology and communication strategies beneficial to student success
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
