Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative services as outlined by student IEPs
- Oversee IEP development, implementation, and compliance for students in multiple buildings
- Facilitate access to appropriate assistive technology and provide training as needed
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions to maximize student success
- Collaborate with general and special educators regarding accommodations, strategies, and inclusive practices
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource about Deaf/Hard of Hearing issues and advocacy within school communities
