Key Qualifications:

- Flexibility and adaptability to travel within the county as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction to approximately 30 students with varying needs, ranging from mild to profound hearing loss
- Adapt lesson plans and resources to accommodate individual student goals, IEPs, and preferred modes of communication
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, fellow specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive educational support
- Travel between schools and educational sites to provide services as needed (not based at a single school)
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for each student on your caseload
