Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) - Clemmons, North Carolina

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid teaching certification for Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH)
- Previous experience working with K-12 students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Expertise in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or other communication modalities
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Flexibility to travel across multiple school sites within the district
- Deep knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance procedures
- A creative, engaging, and student-centered approach to learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative services to K-12 students identified as Deaf/Hard of Hearing across various school locations
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals based on individual student needs
