Key Qualifications:
- Valid Kentucky Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) license
- Proven experience working with Deaf or Hard of Hearing students in educational settings

- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for diverse learners
- Flexibility and self-motivation for independent work and collaboration with school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative instructional services to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to adapt curriculum and ensure accessibility
- Assist in developing and implementing IEP goals related to hearing loss and communication needs
- Support students’ social and academic success through advocacy and effective accommodations
- Participate in meetings (via Zoom) with the school team to monitor progress and adjust individualized supports
