Key Qualifications:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and families

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instructional services and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing across multiple sites as assigned
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to provide strategies and recommendations
- Assess student progress, maintaining accurate documentation
- Stay current with best practices in deaf education and integrate them into daily instruction
