What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Massachusetts Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (TDHH) credential required
- Experience working with students spanning PreK to age 22
- Expertise in both consultative and direct teaching models (primarily consultative support)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to advocacy, accessibility, and student-centered education
What You'll Do:
- Provide consultation and support to general education teachers, staff, and families
- Deliver direct instruction to students as needed
- Develop, monitor, and adapt educational plans and accommodations
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster positive learning experiences across a diverse caseload
