Full-Time Virtual Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher – Wisconsin | 2026–2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Virtual Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher to provide specialized educational services for a Wisconsin school district during the 2026–2027 school year. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced DHH Teacher who enjoys the flexibility of virtual instruction while supporting students with hearing differences in reaching their academic and communication goals.
Position Details
✅ Full-Time Virtual Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher position

Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized virtual instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and accommodations
- Deliver instruction aligned with students’ academic, communication, and developmental needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate educational records
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, interpreters, and related service providers
- Adapt instructional strategies and materials to meet individual student needs
- Maintain compliance with school district and special education requirements
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin teaching license or certification appropriate for Deaf/Hard of Hearing education
- DHH/Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing certification preferred or required based on district needs
- Previous experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing preferred
- Knowledge of special education processes, IEP development, accommodations, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable providing instruction and support through a virtual platform
