Position Details:
- Serve a caseload of 7 students, ensuring personalized attention and support
- Guide children and adolescents across the K-12 age spectrum
- Work 20-30 hours a week across 2-3 days, providing flexibility and work-life balance
- Design and deliver instruction based on students’ individual needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents to create accessible learning materials and accommodations
- Track and report on student progress, participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
