Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) - Upper Darby, PA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold or eligible for certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
- Experience working with children or adolescents with varying degrees of hearing loss.
- Strong understanding of educational strategies and accommodations for deaf/hard of hearing students.
- Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) or other relevant communication modes.
- Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
