Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active educator license (specific to Deaf/Hard of Hearing)
- Prior experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing is highly preferred

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and fostering inclusive classrooms
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to Deaf/Hard of Hearing students across multiple school sites
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students receive effective accommodations
- Assess individual student progress and modify teaching strategies as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students and school teams regarding best practices and assistive technologies
