Desired Qualifications & Experience:

- Valid certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to varied learning needs
- Skilled in both in-person and remote (virtual) instruction
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instructional services to DHH students across multiple school campuses
- Develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure student success
- Employ visual, auditory, and technological tools to enhance classroom engagement
- Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to coordinate services
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate student records
- Utilize creativity and flexibility to connect with learners in both onsite and online settings
