Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education (state-specific requirements apply)
- Experience working with children who are deaf or hard of hearing, ideally at both elementary and junior high levels
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies and communication modalities, including ASL, auditory/oral, and total communication
- Ability to develop and modify individualized education plans (IEPs) and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing across two elementary schools and one junior high setting
