What we’re looking for:
- Certification or licensure as a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist (state requirements may apply)
- Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing in a school environment is preferred
- Familiarity with assistive technologies, communication modalities, and accommodations for diverse learners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual student needs

Your responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing

- Support classroom teachers in adapting instructional materials and strategies
- Advocate for student access to educational opportunities and resources
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school community events
