Desired Experience and Skills:
- Certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students
- Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)

- Collaborative, flexible, and committed to fostering inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Work full-time, Monday through Friday, within an elementary classroom
- Assess student needs and adjust instruction accordingly
- Develop and deliver specialized lessons to meet the needs of Deaf or Hard of Hearing students
- Partner with school staff and families to promote student progress
- Advocate for accessible, engaging learning for every child
