DHH Teacher | Everett, Washington

- Proficiency with auditory/oral, total communication, or ASL methodologies
- Ability to create accessible learning environments and adapt curriculum materials
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct instruction and support services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborating closely with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Advocating for student needs and promoting an inclusive, accessible educational experience
- Consulting on the integration of assistive technology and accommodations
- Offering resources and training to staff and families as needed
