- Strong collaboration skills for working with educational teams, families, and service providers

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing across grade levels
- Adapt curriculum and lesson plans to ensure accessibility and academic progress
- Work closely with classroom teachers to support instruction and provide effective accommodations
- Coordinate services and consult with audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and other professionals
- Track student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate school staff and peers on Deaf awareness and inclusion strategies
