What you'll bring:
- Valid certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education or relevant state credentials
- Experience working with children or adolescents who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Strong understanding of hearing assistive technology, communication modes (ASL, spoken English, cued speech, etc.), and instructional strategies
- Ability to create individualized educational plans (IEPs) and contribute meaningfully to multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills, collaborating with families, educators, and related service providers
