Part-Time School TDHH Onsite Candidate Needed for Full School Year Position in Alameda CA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) to provide specialized instruction and support to students with deaf and hard-of-hearing needs in a K-12 classroom for a part time assignment for the duration of this school year.
TDHH Part Time Position Details:
- Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Assignment: 1 K-12 classroom
TDHH Part Time Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, specialized instruction and adapt curriculum to meet individual student needs.
- Manage and support assistive listening devices and related technology.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations.
- Collaborate with SLPs, audiologists, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor student progress and provide appropriate instructional support.
TDHH Part Time Requirements:
- TDHH Certification for California required
- PPS Credential required
- Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing preferred.
