- Strong understanding of differentiated instructional techniques and individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt lesson plans to meet each student’s individualized needs.
- Provide direct instruction in academic content and life skills using ASL.
