Key Qualifications:

- Excellent consultative and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, staff, and families
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing expert consultation for a caseload of three students identified as Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Developing and implementing individualized education strategies in line with student needs and IEP goals
- Serving as a resource for classroom teachers regarding instructional modifications, accommodations, and effective communication techniques
- Troubleshooting and advising on auditory equipment and classroom accessibility
- Maintaining accurate, responsive documentation for all student interactions and consultative services
- Participating in meetings, providing recommendations, and supporting educational teams as needed throughout the school year
